Harmony with the lake and trees. Improv with light and space. Music to the ears of Austin’s musicians and HAAM.

The flagship project, offered by Fern Santini Collaborative in partnership with Bespoke Dwellings, will be the complete transformation of a majestic lake view home in Austin’s Tarrytown neighborhood. Set amongst heritage oak trees on a quiet private street, the home will combine the hip and historic in a timeless style that never becomes dated.

The home will honor Austin’s musical soul by supporting HAAM. In keeping with the musical integrity of the home, the spaces will be designed for entertaining and for an optimal listening experience.

Heritage oak. The home will feature Austin’s first installation of Dinesen oak flooring.

From the Black Forest of Germany, Dinesen is an innovator in sustainable forestry. Twelve-inch-wide planks of Heart oak will run diagonally through the home. Natural cracks are preserved and locked with butterfly joints.

A McIntosh System will be installed by Captive Audio to provide sound using the MT5 precision turntable paired with McIntosh’s legendary vacuum tube amps.

You’re invited.

A series of events will be held in the finished home to benefit HAAM. a non-profit organization that provides access to affordable healthcare for Austin’s working musicians.
